The word “AERA’’ is an anagram of our CEO two names, A-rpita and Ne-ERA. A personal touch from the CEO to her dream project.AERA can be defined as a divine path of magical experiences that redefines the definition of beauty. Born in Madhya Pradesh and brought up in Mumbai, I have always been enthusiastic about experimenting with new things.
Coming to the city of dreams in my early childhood made me interested in fashion and makeup to a great extent. It went on to grow stronger as the years passed.
I never imagined myself doing a 9-5 job and always wanted to do something that resonated with me. Therefore, keeping in mind my love for creativity, I took photography and filmmaking classes, from which I started doing fashion photography. It gave me the freedom to be creative and play with ideas. As time went by, I gained an interest in makeup and started with makeup blogging. On this new journey that I had started, I felt more connected to myself as it made me feel more powerful and confident. That was the initial point where I decided to start a brand of my own — A brand that promotes beauty for all.
After a lot of researching and testing back and forth for almost three years, my dream has finally turned into reality.
