CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can use this to keep an eye on your package's journey and know when to expect its arrival.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM IST. This excludes Bank Holidays. Our team will process your order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers.

How can I track the status of my order?

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order and you can track it here.
If you have any issue with your tracking information, email us at support@aerabeauty.com and we will be happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made. If you no longer require your order, please submit a return request following our returns policy.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed this however if you email us at support@aerabeauty.com with your order number, one of our team will be able to advise the best next steps to take.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged. Please email us on support@aerabeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. One of our team will be happy to help!
Please ensure that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have experienced any order issues. After this time, we may not be able to assist you further.

I have received the incorrect item, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that you were sent the incorrect item. We’d love to sort this for you! Please email us on support@aerabeauty.com with your order number and a photo of what you have received. One of our team will be happy to help!

How do I make a return?

To request a return please visit our return portal. You will need your email and order number to process this request.

How long do I have to return my item?

We have a 7 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 7 days to request a return.
Our Customer Service team are also available Monday - Saturday from 9:00 AM - 17:00 PM (excluding sundays and bank holidays).
