HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• We shall dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days of order placement and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.
• In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
• Aera beauty is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Aera beauty. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
